Another milestone for Valley Bread Inc. as we joined the celebration of “Strawberry Festival” last March 23, 2019 by baking another Giant Strawberry Cake for the people of La Trinidad.
The cake was baked by 27 bakers headed by our CEO Eric Dion H. Espadero, coupled with his dedication and passion for baking.
With a height of 1.5 meter, 1.8 meter width and 2.5 length, weight of 1.6 tons and baked to perfection in 12.5 hours, the Giant cake served 12,000 guest.
And to make the cake sumptuous and flavorful we added a twist by pouring fresh strawberry puree in every slice.
