General Information

What is a bad order?

A bad order is an UNOPENED product that goes bad BEFORE the date on the CONSUME BEFORE label.

How can I exchange a bad order?

Present the UNOPENED product at any Valley Bread outlet store and your product will be replaced. OPENED products will go through an inspection process to see if the product is eligible to be replaced.

Why should the product be unopened when I exchange it?

Opened products are already exposed to contaminants that might accelerate the process of molds so that is not considered as a bad order.

What is NOT a bad order?

A product that has gone bad on the DAY of the CONSUME BEFORE date.
